Adizes Institute

The Adizes Institute has a worldwide reputation as an innovator in organizational transformation. Founded and directed by Dr. Ichak Adizes, the Institute has been facilitating corporate change since 1975.

The mission of the Adizes Institute is to provide its members with the managerial resources to achieve extraordinary results while developing and nurturing a constructive, cooperative organizational culture. Adizes Programs

The Adizes Program for organizational transformation is delivered by Adizes Associates, a worldwide network of specialists trained in the methodology, group process facilitation and specialized aspects of organizational transformation. The Institute offers a full range of services to deal with accelerated change, including:

- organizational alignment and restructuring
- executive development and management training
- intensive short term interventions for young companies
- certified speakers for programs ranging from 3 hours to 3 days

Through Adizes Programs, companies create an environment of dramatically improved performance levels within a culture of mutual trust and respect.

The Adizes Graduate School

The Adizes Graduate School (AGS) for Organizational Transformation is dedicated to providing the highest quality education in the field of change management, and is committed to creating a broad, interdisciplinary theory base from which new ideas can emerge. Each course explores how change occurs on many levels across disciplines and cultures.

The graduate school requires that each new student acquire a basic understanding of Adizes conceptual foundations and terminology prior to beginning their course of study. Teamwork Plus! meets the entrance requirement for the Masters of Arts Degree Program. Offered in an entirely online format, the program is recognized by the governing body of the State of California.
