About the Teamwork Plus! Online Course
This series of six courses will help you to discover what real teamwork is by seeing and understanding certain behavioural patterns in people and in organizations -- why they exist and what to do about them. Realistic views are provided which opens a whole new perspective on people and management. You will learn real solutions that can be applied today to real problems.
Although no single individual can be strong in all PAEI areas, organizations
can. By bringing together complementary teams of people with
different strengths, organizations can cover all the bases. The
challenge is to manage the natural conflicts between these four
different perspectives constructively.
Understanding PAEI opens the door to understanding people. It leads to conflict resolution and systematic problem-solving in a constructive, positive, long-lasting manner - for any organization. The six courses in Teamwork Plus! are:
- Managing Change
- Harnessing Conflict
- Predicting Decision Outcomes
- Understanding Corporate Lifecycles

Student's Time: About 2 hours per course, any time of day or night, about 12 hours for the series.
Timetable: Six weeks, 1 course per week for six weeks. It's easy to take, even when travelling. It has a start date and an end date, and in between those dates you can start when you wish and proceed at your own pace, participating in threaded discussions which are tied to what section you are up to in the course. This means that between the start date and end date you participate in a dialogue in the context of where you are in the course and not in the context of where you are either in time or place, or whether you progress through the content ahead of or behind other students.
How: Teamwork Plus! is highly engaging and interactive. A Certified Adizes Associate leads class online discussions.
