Dear Friends,
Many times I get asked, "how many
people are familiar with the Adizes Methodology?"
I can't tell them. I know they are all
over the world, and I know that there are many,
but I don't know how many.
Many times I am told of personal experiences
where an instant bond was made with a new colleague
because they shared the knowledge of Adizes. "It
was great! Somebody else understood!"
I have decided it is time to do something
about this. I would like to keep in touch with everyone
and make this Adizes dialogue ongoing, and I need your
help to do it.
What I really hope is that not only will
this help me to keep in touch, but that we can all do
a better job of keeping in touch with each other to
share our management insights.
