Privacy Practices
PRIVACY POLICY
ManagementVitality is committed to protecting your privacy. The
following policy describes how we collect, store, use and distribute
information about our website users.
OUR GOAL AND WHY WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM YOU
Our goal is to provide a comprehensive set of learning tools to
assist in the attainment of knowledge regarding the Adizes Methodology.
These learning tools are interactive and are customized for each
individual, based upon personally identifiable information provided
by the individual. Without customization and the ability to personalize,
we could not identify a participant in our on-line courses each
time they logged on to the website (because we would not have the
ability to identify their account from session to session) and the
participant would have to redo each lesson and repeat any assessments
each time they returned to our website. Information such as your
user name, password and e-mail address allows us to differentiate
you from other users and maintain your personalized version of the
website. In addition, some features available on our website could
not be properly utilized without personalized information.
We may also ask you to share other, voluntary information with
us from time to time, for example, in the form of surveys or questionnaires.
This information allows us to improve the learning tools and the
website. We may use this type of information to compile aggregate
statistics about our users, sales, traffic patterns and related
website information. Please remember that unless we advise you otherwise,
this type of information is optional and you do not have to enter
it to enjoy our website.
We will never give our marketing partners information about a specific
website users (excepting those third party agencies providing credit
card processing, fraud detection and order fulfillment services),
but we may provide them with information such as how many website
users have purchased a certain product or participated in a specific
on-line course.
If you are a registered member of our site (which means you are
taking or have taken on-line courses) we will provide your contact
information to Adizes Associates in your home country. The Adizes
Associates work in partnership with us to offer course participants
more intensive follow-up sessions or more indepth coaching off-line.
You may be contacted by an Associates in your home country to let
you know about upcoming seminars, courses, resources or other opportunities
related to the Adizes Methodology. These Associates will not contact
you for other, unrelated purposes and they won't share your contact
information with anyone else, unless you authorize them to do so.
In order to notify you about new features or special offers or
important functionality changes to the website, we will need your
e-mail address.
To properly process your online order we will require your name,
e-mail address, mailing address, credit card number and its expiration
date. We will provide this information to third parties, such as
credit card processing and order fulfillment and fraud detection
agencies or as otherwise required to enable us to fulfill your online
orders or to provide refunds or credits for purchases that you have
made.
If you use our recommendation service to e-mail the website information
or an article from the website to a friend, you will need to provide
us with your friend's e-mail address. We will automatically send
this person a one-time e-mail, attaching the information or the
article, inviting them to register with us. We will not use these
e-mail addresses for any other purpose.
From time to time we may employ third parties to help us improve
our website. These third parties may have limited access to databases
of website user information or registered member information solely
for the purpose of helping us to improve the website or the learning
tools and they will not be able to use the information about our
users or registered members for any other purpose.
HOW TO CONTROL THE INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE TO US OR ON THE WEBSITE
If you do not wish to receive e-mail or other correspondence from
us outside of the necessary contact we need to be able to make with
you when you are taking online classes, for example, if you do not
want to be contacted by an Adizes Associate in your home country,
simply indicate your preference when you are asked to provide the
information. We may disclose personal information in some limited
circumstances, but we will specifically describe them to you when
we collect the information, such as in the terms of use for a new
service or on line course. For example, if we're going to give personal
information to a co-provider of an on-line course, we'll tell you
that before you sign up for the on-line course, so that you can
decide whether or not to sign up. If you want to correct or change
any information we have about you or opt out of any programs, please
go to our Feedback Page. However, you
can always use postal mail to make your request to:
